Shipping policy

Where we ship Northlit ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Shipping cost Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Processing time Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day. If you added Priority Christmas Dispatch at checkout, your order is packed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours.

Delivery time Most orders arrive 7–12 business days after they ship. During the November–December peak, delivery can take a few days longer.

Christmas cut-off To be confident your order arrives before December 24th, place it by December 5th. We will still ship orders placed after that date, but we cannot guarantee the delivery date.

Tracking You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Wrong address Please double-check your address at checkout. If the address is wrong and the parcel is returned to us, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address because of a typo, we cannot replace it free of charge unless you purchased Shipping Protection.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels If you purchased Shipping Protection, email us and we will reship your order free, with no proof required. Without Shipping Protection, we will help you open a claim with the carrier, but replacements are handled case by case.

Customs and duties Not applicable — all orders ship within the United States with no duties or import fees.
