1. Overview This website is operated by Northlit. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked within them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who can order You must be at least the age of majority in your state to order from us. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or break any law in your jurisdiction while using the Site.

3. Products and pricing All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to display colours and images accurately, but your screen may not show them exactly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue a product at any time.

4. Accuracy of information We work hard to keep product descriptions, delivery estimates and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail on the Site is error-free. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier.

5. Your order We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full. You agree to give a current, complete and accurate billing and shipping address.

6. Optional add-ons Shipping Protection and Priority Christmas Dispatch are optional paid services, added only if you tick them at checkout. Shipping Protection covers a free reship if your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Priority Christmas Dispatch moves your order to the front of our packing queue; it affects how fast we dispatch, not how fast the carrier delivers.

7. Returns Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property All content on this Site — text, photography, graphics, logos and the Northlit name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit and publish it in any medium. You are responsible for anything you submit and for making sure it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

10. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northlit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Northlit harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
