              Almost certainly. The clear base slides onto the top tip of any artificial or real tree from roughly 4 ft to 9 ft. If your tree has an unusually thick tip, a twist of floral wire around the branch underneath holds it rock steady.

              Up to about 53 sq ft of ceiling and wall — in a standard living room that means the snowfall covers the whole room, not just the area above the tree. The further the star sits from the ceiling, the wider and softer the snow looks.

              The star itself glows warm gold at any time of day and looks like a normal glitter topper. The snowfall needs the room dimmed to really show — evening with the lamps off is when it looks its best.
